Shipping Times

Lounge Suites & Bedroom Sets

Manufactured in the 7 - 12 working day period unless the lounge suites are a custom piece given by the client (with their dimensions etc). 

Coffee tables, T.V. Units & smaller furniture pieces (i.e. pedestals, drawers etc)

Manufactured within 3 - 5 working days.

We will contact you with an estimated delivery date one day before delivery so that you may plan accordingly, otherwise please contact us to discuss any requirements regarding your delivery.

Order Policy

Please note we have a standard fee of R499, in the Gauteng region. Please enquire for delivery anywhere outside of the Gauteng region so we can arrange a quotation with our reliable courier partners.

Note that weather conditions may delay estimated delivery.

Installation is offered as a courtesy, and while we do our best to install items in your home, this service may be refused for any reason if the delivery team deems so.  In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the delivery team, the Ottoman Home Decor company will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses by forceful measures.

In the event of sending an item with the courier company outside the Gauteng region, we are not liable for any damages after being handed over to the courier team (as they sign off a delivery note stating that they've received it in good condition, it is then their responsibility).
